Inorder to guarantee an effective and efficienct,  WEEE system, the law has provided the birth of a series of institutional subjects with  personalised jobs and control over the whole procedure of the management of electrical and electronical rubbish.

Co-ordination Centre
The Co-ordination Centre is an organism which controls and regulates on a national level, the activity regarding the recovering and disposal of  electronic and electrical waste. 
Constructed from Producer's collective systems, the Co-ordination Centre has the job to insure the swiftness of the collection following the domand, by the collection centres, and to even out the way and the conditions of the collection of all the systems all over Italy. 
It also assigns the pick up points to the consortiums, representing them in confrontation of interlocutors.

The EEE National Productors Register
Ministerial and Enviromental Institute for the protection of land and sea. The register collects information about the amount of Electronic and Electrical Equipment (EEE) put on the market.
All EEE producers for domestic use, must be registered.

Supervision and Control Committee
The committee runs the National Producers register for EEE, with the objective of monitering the quantity and volume of WEEE in circulation and to define the market shares  for the Collective system. 
The Committee also looks after the correct applicaton of the laws regarding the running of WEEE, and ellaborates relative data concerning regeneration.
