Pursuant to article 13 of the Italian “Data Protection” Law n. 196 of 30 June 2003, please note that the data you supply are used in accordance with privacy and data protection legislation.
More specifically, data are used solely
1) for the email dispatch of the newsletter of ECODOM Consorzio Italiano Recupero e Riciclaggio Elettrodomestici (hereinafter Ecodom), further to registration on the reserved area of the site www.ecodom.it;
2) for purposes related to obligations under the law and regulations.
Personal data are processed by manual or electronic or other automated IT and telematic means, by procedures closely linked to the aforesaid purposes, and in all cases in such a manner as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Ecodom may disclose your personal data to other persons who may become aware of the data as “trustees” or “authorised users”, and to the other companies whose services Ecodom uses for reasons of a technical and organisational nature related to the management of its website, for the acquisition of registrations and the dispatch of the newsletter to the email address provided.
The provision of data the data covered by this disclaimer is compulsory. In the event of failure to provide the above data, Ecodom will be unable to proceed with dispatch of the newsletter.
You may contact the data controller in order to exercise your rights as envisaged by art. 7 of law 196/2003, which runs as follows:
Art. 7 - Rights of the data subject
1) The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him are held, even if they have not yet been recorded, and the communication of the same in an intelligible form.

b) the purposes of their use and the methods used;

b) the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or freezing of all data used in breach of the law, including those the conservation of which is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently used;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been reported, also with regard to their contents, to those to whom the data have been communicated or distributed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort;
4) The data subject is entitled to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data relating to him, even if such use is relevant to the purpose for which they were collected;
b) the use of personal data relating to him for the dispatch of advertising material or direct marketing, or for market research or commercial communications.
Therefore, you may contact the data controller identified below to request the provision of the data relating to you in intelligible form. You may also request the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or freezing of data held in breach of the law, the updating, rectification or supplementation of the data; you may also refuse to allow their use, on legitimate grounds, even for the purpose for which they were acquired.

The authorised users of the personal data are the employees and organisations assigned to manage the database, in accordance with their respective areas of competence.
